You should get an immediate email response from Diamond Pet Resort stating that your message has been received. If you do not receive our message, please call us at 937-962-5328 to discuss your reservation. During the summer months and all holidays, we are often booked and may have a waiting list. Please be advised that this online system is a REQUEST for a reservation, and does not guarantee the boarding dates until you receive a personal email response to confirm the dates or a call from our staff. 	REQUIRED VACCINATIONS: Dogs: DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella Cats: FVRCP and Rabies The above vaccinations are required and must be administered at least one week prior to check in. We suggest that you have your veterinarian fax your pet's shot records to us as soon as you make your reservations. Our fax number is above. We cannot accept your pet without proof of vaccinations.
